🌺I want to give a shout out to the outstanding staff at the Honolulu Sports and Spine Center. First and foremost to Joe who was the first person I spoke with on the phone regarding my surgery. He put me at ease from the get go. He told me what to expect and answered any questions I had. Moving on to the nursing staff. Audrey (she was there from the beginning until I went home after 5 1/2 hours in recovery) took excellent care of me from beginning to end. Along with Amy, Tamilyn (not sure of spelling), and Ewa the anesthesiologist everyone was so caring and supportive. Dr. Morton and Melissa did a good job on my surgery. I would recommend this facility over a hospital anytime!!! Thank you all for the exceptional treatment while there!!!❤️❤️❤️
Wonderful being greeted in the morning by the receptionist. She assisted me in filling out my paper work, that was comforting. I was escorted to Dr. Jeffrey Roh’s office. Dr. Roh is a pleasant sincere person concerned about my health care. Dr. Roh is a great communicator, especially to the dynamics of the surgical procedure. After the thorough examination. He said, “ How are you feeling? Can I do anything for you? Is there any thing you should ask? Any questions?” Call me anytime. Raychelle arranged transportation to my hotel that, I stayed for the night.That was nice of her. That evening at 7::00 PM I received a call from Dr. Jena, the anesthesiologist. She went over the protocol to put me to sleep, for the surgury. A very good thoughtful person. Next morning before surgury I was greeted by staff and Dr. Jeffrey Roh. I said to him. “What a wonderful staff you have, and Raychelle your assistant is excellent. This TEAM acted like true USA Olympic Champions in their medical field. They made me proud of their success! And, proud to be an American! “ The advanced non-invasive surgical technique used is a reflection of Dr Roh’s ever growing research, and advancement in surgical instruments, Dr. Jeffery Roh and his staff are a, inspiration!
