Jerald Garcia, M.D., is an Interventional Pain Specialist who is double board certified in Pain Management and Anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology. Fewer than 30% of pain physicians have achieved this prestigious status. He completed his Fellowship in Interventional Pain Management at the University Hospitals/Case Western Reserve School of Medicine in Cleveland, where he served as chief fellow and authored a chapter for the textbook, Spinal Injections and Peripheral Nerve Blocks.

He completed both his internship and anesthesiology residency also at Case Western Reserve. He earned his medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School and his undergraduate degree in Psychology also from the 'U of M' wherein he graduated with highest honors (Summa Cum Laude). Dr. Garcia is active with the Hawaii Pain Society and the Philippine Medical Association of Hawaii. He has given numerous talks and lectures on Pain Management and related topics.

He is affiliated with the North American Neuromodulation Society (NANS), the American Society for Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine (ASRA) and the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA). In addition to English, he speaks fluent Tagalog and Visayan (Cebuano).

In 2017, Dr. Garcia was selected by his peers to receive Honolulu Magazine's Top Doctors in Hawaii award for the third consecutive year.
